We鈥檙e constantly expanding and developing our wonderful team, so we are pleased to welcome our latest team member, Rhey Noto as our new Technical Support Analyst. Read our Q&A below to find out more about him.

1. What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?

So far, it鈥檚 been a fantastic run! My first tech job was as a Javascript Developer for Joinpiggy Inc. in the Philippines. I was a fresh Bootcamp graduate, and everything was such a mystery to me; the first few months were tough, but with hard work and perseverance, I managed to pull through. 

In 2019 I decided to study and migrate here to Canada and received my degree in Software and Information System Testing. A few months after graduating, I finally landed my first tech job here in Canada as a Technical Support Representative.

I am looking forward to bringing my talents as a Technical Support Analyst to 蜜桃传媒, and I plan on becoming an asset to the company.

2. What plans do you see for 蜜桃传媒? 

蜜桃传媒 will continue to grow as eCommerce businesses want to diversify their incoming revenue streams from customers, especially as the world transitions even more to online shipping. 

3. What are you most excited about in your new role?

For starters, I am excited that I will have a chance to work with some of the most talented developers in the tech industry. This opportunity doesn鈥檛 come too often, so I will cherish every moment of it and learn as much as possible. As a Technical Support Analyst, I will do my best to manage our internal knowledge base and make sure everything is working accordingly.
